Ready to Ship

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Pieces may be exchanged or issued as store credit where appropriate.
Refunds are not offered.

Items must be returned in their original state — unworn, unaltered and with all tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these standards will be declined.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the client.
Store credit is non-transferable.

Jewelry is final sale.

Each made-to-measure piece is cut and finished with you in mind.
As such, all pieces are final sale.

We ask that sizing is carefully reviewed prior to purchase.
Consultations are available to ensure clarity before production begins.

Where possible, minor adjustments may be accommodated within 7 days of receipt.

Production timelines begin upon payment confirmation:
5–10 business days, with rush options available.

For local clients, deliveries and pickups are arranged in advance.
Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
